Applied chemistry & formulation

Dr. Khatter brings more than four decades of experience in applied chemistry, pesticide formulation, technology development and industrial research. He is a retired Scientist ‘E’ from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.

His career includes work at Hindustan Insecticides Limited and national and international projects focused on innovation, technology transfer and MSME growth, as well as fellowships through UNIDO and UNESCAP.
