Public administration & governance

Mr. Padmanabhan served more than 35 years in government, retiring as a Section Officer from the Delhi Administration Subordinate Services. His career covered Civil Aviation, Urban Development, Tourism, Law & Justice, and Chemicals & Fertilizers.

He also served as Private Secretary and Special Officer to Union Ministers, supporting ministerial coordination, vigilance, legislative work and Cabinet documentation.
